    Emily oversees Acceleration Partner’s unique culture and people operations and loves being a part of changing the work / life paradigm one day at a time. She oversees many areas of people operations including recruiting top talent for the ever expanding team, training and professional development, AP Summits and more. Prior to joining Acceleration Partners, Emily worked for Reebok International and has also held positions at Bain & Company and Fidelity Ventures within Global Human Capital where her love for talent and culture was first started. Emily earned a BA in business management from Gettysburg College and a certificate in meeting and event management from Northeastern University.
